b. Submission of Quilt Tops: Customers are responsible for submitting quilt tops and applicable backing/binding material that meet the specifications provided by the Company.
c. Cancellation: Order cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
4, Pricing and Payment
a. Pricing: Our pricing is outlined on our website and may be subject to change without notice. Prices are determined based on factors such as quilt size, design complexity, and other variables.
b. Payment: Payment for services is required in full before we begin quilting. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website.
5. Turnaround Time
a. Estimated Time: The Company will provide an estimated turnaround time for each order, but this is subject to change based on workload and other factors. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.
b. Rush Orders: Rush orders may be accommodated at an additional cost, subject to availability.
6. Customer Responsibilities
a. Quilt Preparation: Customers are responsible for preparing and submitting their quilt tops, backing material, and batting in accordance with our guidelines.
b. Fabric Quality: The Company is not responsible for fabric damage, shrinkage, or other issues related to the customer’s fabric quality.
7. Quality Assurance
a. Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive to provide high-quality longarm quilting services. If you are dissatisfied with the workmanship, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your quilt to discuss potential solutions.
b. Minor Variations: Quilting is a handmade process, and minor variations may occur. These variations do not constitute defects in our work.
8. Privacy We collect and store personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
9. Limitation of Liability The Company’s liability is limited to the cost of the quilting service provided. We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages.
