With 10+ years of quilting experience, you can trust us to take special care of your quilt masterpiece and ensure it is longarm quilted to our highest standards at a fair cost and quick turnaround.

Our service is faster than most. We will ship your completed quilt back within 2 weeks of receipt of receiving your quilt.

We charge 2.5 cents per square inch for edge-to-edge quilting and includes the following with that cost: thread, batting, a fresh needle and return shipping. All of the patterns we offer are the same price.
We also offer the following services for an additional charge:
Rush orders – $25
Backing – $13 per yard (108″ wide-back quality quilting cotton)
Trimming – $15
Trimming and machine binding – $0.20 linear inch
Triming and hand binding – $0.40 linear inch.

No, we only offer edge-to-edge quilting at this time. Please peruse our diverse selection of patterns to choose from here.

We offer a variety of backing color options that can be purchased at an extra charge ($13 /yd for 108″ wide-back) or you can send in your preferred backing with your quilt top. View our selection backing here. If you send in your own backing, it needs to be 4 inches wider than the quilt top on all 4 sides.  We do not offer minky or cuddle at this time but will gladly quilt it if you send it with your quilt top.

Yes, we have several options for binding:
1. if you prefer, we can send the quilt back for you to trim and bind ($0)
2. have us trim the quilt, no binding ($15)
3. have us trim and machine bind ($0.20 linear inch)
4. have us trim and hand bind ($0.40 linear inch)
We will use the backing trimmings for binding unless you provide alternate fabric. NOTE: we do not bind minky, cuddle or fleece. If you choose to use fabric other than the backing fabric, send it in with your quilt top. Go here to calculate the amount of fabric needed for the binding. Do not pre-make the binding.

We have a Gammill longarm with Intelliquilter robotics. This system produces beautiful stitching results.

You are responsible for mailing in your quilt at your expense. We will take care of mailing back your quilt as part of the service, you do not have to pay return shipping.

1. Browse our website and learn about our longarm quilting service
2. Once you are ready to try out our service, fill out the “customize quilt” form. The multi-step form guides you through all the options including entering the size of your quilt top as well choosing your preferred option for: batting, edge-to-edge quilt pattern, thread color, backing and trimming/binding.
3. Pay for quilt
4. Mail us your quilt. Downloadable checklist to ensure your quilt is properly prepared for us to quilt,
5. Once we receive your quilt and before we begin work on your quilt, we will send a picture of your quilt top overlayed with your selected pattern/thread color. This will ensure you are happy with your choices and scale BEFORE quilting starts. This lets you envision what the quilt might look like based on your selections. 
6. Once you approve the pattern/thread color, the 2 week turnaround clock start
7. Your completed quilt is shipped back to you with tracking information provided

Absolutely, this will likely save you some shipping costs. Please fill out the customize quilt form for each quilt and pay for each quilt separately.

There is no minimum size but we charge a minimum of $60 per quilt. The maximum width is 120″ we can put on our frames but the length can be longer. Note that we do not offer backing piecing, so if your quilt is both 100″ wide by 100″ long or larger, you will need to send in the backing already pieced/pressed with 4″ of extra backing on all 4 sides of the quilt top.

Yes, we offer Hobbs 80/20 or you can send in your preferred batting with your quilt top.

If you want other batting than what we offer, you can mail in your choice of batting with your quilt top.

NOTE: we do not bind minky, cuddle or fleece. Machine binding should be cut 1 3/4” wide, hand binding should be cut 2 ¼” wide. Be sure the binding is fully prepared to attach and should be the length of all 4 sides of the quilt top plus 12 inches.

Yes, we do not offer backing piecing as a service. If you choose to mail in your backing, be sure it is 4 inches wider on all four sides of your quilt top and is pieced/pressed into one piece of backing.

We will be happy to quilt your top using minky or cuddle if you send it in with your top. We do not sell minky or cuddle fabric at this time. We also do not bind with this type of fabric. If you would like us to bind your quilt, please send prepared cotton fabric for the binding. Go here for amount of fabric needed for the binding.
