Go through the easy steps to select options for your quilt. At the end, there will be a summary of your choices including total cost. No surprises! You can also keep track of your choices by clicking on the "Customize Quilt Summary" button on the upper right side of page. 

We charge 2.5 cents per square inch to quilt your top which includes edge to edge quilting, thread, batting and return shipping. There is a $60 minimum charge per quilt.

Quilts normally are completed and mailed back within 2 weeks of receipt of your quilt. Priority will move your quilt up in the queue so your can get it back sooner

Select Thread Color

We will match thread based on your color preference to ensure the thread color goes well with your quilt. If you have something specific in mind for color preference, please note that in the additional information box below.

Backing

Please make sure your backing is 4 inches longer than your top on all four sides. If your backing is in one piece, then it is ready to go.  ***NOTE*** We do not offer backing piecing as a service so the backing must come to us fully pieced. If your backing is pieced, mark the top of the quilt and the top of the backing to ensure both are placed the way you would like.

We charge $13 /yd for 108" wide back fabric and calculate how many yards are needed based on the size of your quilt. We round up to the next 1/4 yard to ensure there is enough backing to have 4 inches extra on all four sides. If you want us to trim the quilt but not bind it, we will return the trimmings with the quilt in case you would like to use the extra fabric for binding.

STOP: Your quilt top exceeds both width and length to be able to use 108" backing without piecing. Since we do not offer pieced backing as a service, you will need to include backing with your quilt top that has already been pieced. Please change the backing option to "I'm including my own backing" and don't try to order backing from us.

Batting

Please choose which type of batting you would like used on your quilt. Batting is included with the quilting price at no extra cost.

Trimming/Binding

If you choose to have us trim and bind your quilt, we will use backing trimmings for the binding unless different fabric of your choice is included with your quilt top. NOTE: We do not bind minky, cuddle or fleece. If you choose to use fabric other than the backing fabric, send it in with your quilt top. Go here to calculate the amount of fabric needed for the binding. Please do not pre-make the binding. If you choose to only have us trim the quilt, we will return the trimmings with your quilt.

Our longarm quilting machines are operated by us, and occasionally we may make mistakes. We always try our best to make your quilts beautiful. Since it's a mail-in service, you trust our judgment when sending us your quilts. Occasionally, the final result might not match your exact vision if the expectations weren't clear. We can't be held responsible for unclear expectations. Also, there are rare cases when the longarm machine malfunctions and damages quilts. If that happens, we will inform you immediately and do our best to fix it. Thank you for understanding.
